Product Returns

If you wish to return items purchased from us, please kindly inform us in advance by email at info@brgroup.eu, specifying the reason for the return.

  1. High-quality items can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Defects in sold defective items are addressed, and defective items are replaced or refunded in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

  2. When returning items, the following conditions must be met:
    2.1. The returned item must be in its original, intact packaging (this condition does not apply to defective items);
    2.2. The item must not be damaged by the buyer;
    2.3. The item must be unused and retain its original appearance: labels intact, protective films not removed, etc. (this condition does not apply to defective items);
    2.4. The returned item must include all components as received by the buyer (this condition does not apply to defective items);
    2.5. The seller reserves the right to refuse returned items if the return conditions are not met;
    2.6. Returns must be carried out in the manner specified by the seller within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the items (this condition does not apply to defective items, which are returned under the statutory warranty period).

  3. Returns and exchanges of high-quality items are carried out in accordance with Article 6.22810, Paragraph 1 of the Civil Code.

  4. Refunds for items accepted by the buyer but later returned are issued to the buyer's account no later than 5 (five) days after the items are returned to the seller, unless the seller and buyer agree otherwise.

Received a defective item?
In such cases, we are committed to replacing the defective item free of charge with a high-quality one or refunding your payment. You have the right to return such an item to us within 30 business days from the delivery date.
