The personal data of Interested Persons is not disclosed to third parties.

Data is obtained directly from Customers or Customer Representatives, in the process of fulfilling the contract with the Customer, and/or from other third parties associated with the data subject.

  • If the Customer consents to the disclosure of personal data;
  • To fulfill our obligations as a seller of goods or provider of services (e.g., data may be disclosed to courier companies delivering goods);
  • To protect the Data Controller’s legitimate interests (e.g., in case of debt recovery);
  • To authorized authorities, as required by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR THE PURPOSE OF EXECUTING AGREEMENTS WITH PARTNERS/SERVICE PROVIDERS

The Data Controller, while cooperating with partners (service providers), processes the following personal data of natural persons or Representatives:

  • Surname;
  • Personal identification number;
  • Address (if applicable);
  • Individual activity certificate number and issuance date (if applicable);

The Data Controller may provide personal data of natural persons or Representatives to data processors not mentioned in this Privacy Policy. These data processors provide services (perform work) for the Data Controller and process personal data on behalf of the Data Controller. Data processors are authorized to process personal data only according to the Data Controller’s instructions and only to the extent necessary for the proper fulfillment of contractual obligations. By engaging data processors, the Data Controller takes all necessary measures to ensure that the processors implement adequate organizational and technical measures to ensure the security of the personal data and maintain confidentiality.

Personal data for the purpose of executing agreements with partners (service providers) is processed based on the performance of the contract and/or the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).


PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR DIRECT MARKETING PURPOSES

The Data Controller aims to share only relevant news and other useful information with newsletter subscribers. This is implemented in compliance with this Privacy Policy.

The Data Controller processes personal data for direct marketing purposes only with the explicit consent of the data subject. For direct marketing purposes, the following personal data of Customers and other data subjects are processed:

Customers' and other data subjects' personal data are processed based on consent provided by submitting their data and agreeing to its processing for direct marketing purposes (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

The data subject has the right to object or withdraw their consent to process their personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time without providing a reason by:

  • Clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the end of the newsletter; or

The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.


PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR STAFF, CUSTOMER SAFETY, AND PROPERTY PROTECTION (VIDEO SURVEILLANCE) PURPOSES

The Data Controller processes video data of its staff, Customers, and other persons captured within the scope of video surveillance to ensure their and property safety.

Please note that your video data is captured by the Data Controller's video surveillance equipment when you visit the Data Controller’s parking lot, building premises, or areas surrounding the building at S. Žukausko g. 11, Ramučiai, Kaunas district. Video data may only be disclosed to law enforcement authorities as required by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

The Data Controller may provide video data of staff, Customers, and other individuals captured within the scope of video surveillance to data processors not specified in this Privacy Policy. These data processors provide services (perform work) for the Data Controller and process personal data on behalf of the Data Controller.

Personal data for video surveillance purposes is processed based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).


PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR RECRUITMENT PURPOSES

The Data Controller processes personal data provided voluntarily by Candidates for recruitment purposes to the extent of the information submitted.

Data is obtained directly from Candidates and/or from third parties providing employment intermediation services. Such data is not disclosed to third parties.

Candidate data is processed based on consent provided by submitting their data and/or the Candidate’s request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
