📄 Wholesale Program Policy
1. Purpose
The wholesale program is intended for legal entities – companies registered in Lithuania that are professionally engaged in the supply, installation, or distribution of heating and/or air conditioning equipment. The program offers special purchasing conditions, personalized service, and business-tailored features.
2. Membership Requirements
- Register as a legal entity on our website;
- Complete the form with contact and business information.
Each application is reviewed individually. UAB Baltic Refrigeration Group reserves the right to decline membership without further explanation, informing the applicant via email.
Once approved, a contract is signed outlining all terms of cooperation, including:
- Purchase and payment procedures;
- Deferred payment terms, i.e., the credit limit and due date;
- Liability and general cooperation terms.
3. Account Features
- Wholesale pricing: once logged in with an approved account, individual pricing is applied automatically.
- Deferred payments: activated only after signing a contract and valid if the credit limit is not exceeded and there are no unpaid debts.
- Dedicated account manager: each company is assigned a contact person for efficient communication.
- Support and assistance: customer service is provided via email or through the assigned manager.
4. Scope
The program applies only to companies registered in Lithuania. All obligations and privileges remain valid as long as the signed agreement permits.
5. Additional Terms
Order fulfillment and delivery are carried out in accordance with the General Terms of Goods Supply, which form an integral part of this policy.
UAB Baltic Refrigeration Group reserves the right to unilaterally terminate membership if contract violations or abuse of the program conditions are identified.
🌟 NØRDIS Loyalty Points Program
The NØRDIS Club is a partnership initiative for professional heat pump installers working with the official distributor – UAB Baltic Refrigeration Group.
1. Program Objective
The goal is to engage the most active partners, ensuring high-quality NØRDIS installations, customer service, and providing motivation through added benefits and loyalty points.
2. Eligibility
Loyalty points are granted only to clients with approved wholesale status who meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Installed 52 air-to-air and/or 12 air-to-water heat pumps within 12 months;
- Have a positive cooperation record with UAB Baltic Refrigeration Group;
- Signed an agreement to meet annual installation targets.
3. Member Benefits
- 2% of purchase value returned as points (1 point = 1 €);
- Points are valid for 6 months, redeemable for purchases or special prizes;
- Monthly bonuses: discounts, gifts, marketing support;
- Technical & promotional events, materials, and project referrals.
4. How Points Are Used
- Points are granted after every qualifying purchase;
- They can be used in our e-shop and physical stores;
- Unused points are void after 6 months;
- Only active members may redeem points – benefits are suspended upon membership loss.
5. Additional Terms
- Membership may be terminated if requirements are not met or annual goals are missed;
- Terms are subject to change with prior notice;
- Detailed terms are shared with selected installers;
- All data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
