Product Returns

To return products purchased from us, the Buyer must inform the Seller prior to the return by email at info@brgroup.eu, stating the reason for the return.

1. Return Periods

1.1. Products of satisfactory quality may be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt.
1.2. Defects of products of unsatisfactory quality shall be remedied, and such products may be replaced or returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

2. Conditions for Returning Products

The following conditions must be met when returning products:

2.1. The returned product must be in its original, undamaged packaging
(this condition does not apply when returning a defective product);

2.2. The product must not be damaged by the Buyer;

2.3. The product must be unused and must not have lost its commercial appearance – labels must be intact, protective films must not be removed, etc.
(this condition does not apply when returning a defective product);

2.4. The returned product must be in the same configuration as it was received by the Buyer
(this condition does not apply when returning a defective product);

2.5. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept returned products if the return conditions have not been complied with;

2.6. Product returns shall be carried out in the manner determined by the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product
(this condition does not apply to defective products – in such cases, the statutory warranty period applies).

3. Return of Products of Satisfactory Quality

The return and exchange of products of satisfactory quality shall be carried out in accordance with Article 6.22810(1) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Refunds

4.1. Payments made for products accepted by the Buyer but later refused shall be refunded no later than within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date the product is returned to the Seller, unless otherwise agreed between the Seller and the Buyer.
4.2. Refunds shall be made only to the same bank account from which the payment was made.

5. Methods of Returning Products

The Buyer may return products using one of the following methods:

5.1. By visiting a BRGroup branch in Lithuania:

  • Kaunas – S. Žukausko g. 11, Ramučiai, Kaunas district, LT-54464, Lithuania
  • Vilnius – Kalvarijų g. 151, Vilnius, LT-08221, Lithuania
  • Klaipėda – Svajonės g. 38, Klaipėda, LT-94101, Lithuania

5.2. Via courier services:
The Buyer must contact the Seller by email at info@brgroup.eu, indicating the reason for the return.

  • the Seller will provide a DPD return label if the parcel fits into a parcel locker, or
  • the Seller will arrange for a courier to collect the parcel from the Buyer’s specified address.

6. Defective Products

In the event that a defective product is received, the Seller undertakes to:

  • replace it with a product of satisfactory quality free of charge, or
  • refund the amount paid to the Buyer.

The Buyer has the right to return a defective product within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of delivery.

7. Returns from Other European Union Countries

Returns of products from other Member States of the European Union shall be carried out in accordance with the applicable European Union and Republic of Lithuania legislation.

Prior to returning the products, the Buyer must notify the Seller by email at info@brgroup.eu, stating the reason for the return.

  • Products of satisfactory quality may be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt.
  • The cost of returning products of satisfactory quality from other EU countries shall be borne by the Buyer, unless agreed otherwise.
  • The cost of returning defective or incorrectly delivered products shall be borne by the Seller.
  • Returned products must comply with the return conditions set out in these Terms (packaging, configuration, commercial appearance, etc.).

Refunds for returned products shall be made no later than within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date the product is received by the Seller and shall be transferred only to the same bank account from which the payment was made.

Returned products must be sent only to the address or using the return method specified by the Seller. Shipments sent without prior coordination may be refused.
