ORDERING PRODUCTS
You can place orders on the E-BRGroup online store at any time.
Both registered and unregistered customers can order products on the E-BRGroup online store.
During the purchase and/or registration process, it is mandatory to complete fields marked with an asterisk (*).
When ordering products, you must select a delivery method:
- Delivery by courier services (NĖGĖ and DPD) (an additional fee applies).
- Pickup at UAB "Baltic Refrigeration Group" retail locations.
After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during the purchase.
Upon payment, the customer will receive a purchase document (invoice) and information about product delivery or pickup conditions at the email address provided during the purchase.
UAB "Baltic Refrigeration Group" undertakes to share the user's personal data with third parties only in the following cases related to the principles of service comprehensiveness for the online store:
- Financial transactions related to online shopping are managed by the payment service provider – Paysera. During financial transactions, only the necessary data is disclosed to payment service providers for performing payment transactions, refunds, and handling complaints.
- To provide comprehensive services, the customer's personal data may be shared with third-party service providers, such as courier services, warranty service providers, and their technical maintenance service providers.
- The customer's personal data may be disclosed to fulfill UAB "Baltic Refrigeration Group" legal obligations or in cases where it is necessary to protect your or others' interests.
PAYMENT TERMS
After placing an order, the customer is redirected to the Paysera payment system, where they can choose from the following payment methods:

Online banking
Purchases in the online store can be paid for using the online banking systems of the following banks: Paysera, Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Revolut, Šiaulių bankas, Citadele, Medicinos bankas, and the Lithuanian Central Credit Union.
After selecting a bank, the customer is redirected to the bank's online system, where they will receive an automatically generated payment form for the order. -
Other payment systems
Purchases in the online store can also be paid for using the following payment providers: MAXIMA, PERLO PASLAUGOS, and bank transfer.
Paysera payments are a fast and secure way to pay for online purchases. To complete a payment, the customer must select their bank, log in, and confirm the payment or choose another convenient payment method available in the Paysera system. Paysera is a secure banking payment initiator providing services under the EU Payment Services Directive (PSD1) 2007/64/EC.

Delivery options:
- Delivery to the address provided during purchase via NĖGĖ or DPD courier services.
- Pickup at the BRGroup store in Kaunas at S. Žukausko g. 11, Ramučiai, LT-54464, Kaunas district.
- Pickup at the BRGroup store in Vilnius at Kalvarijų g. 151, LT-08221, Vilnius.
- Pickup at the BRGroup store in Klaipėda at Svajonės g. 38, LT-94101, Klaipėda.
Important notice to buyers:
According to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, couriers/drivers are not required to unload or carry items weighing more than 30 kg into a house or apartment. Please carefully evaluate the weight of your shipment and ensure that someone is available during delivery to assist in carrying the goods to the desired location, unless otherwise arranged with the courier service. If the premises are inaccessible by forklift, ensure the appropriate resources for transporting the items are available.
