Copper solder GALFLO 45SNSI D2 (FLUX COATED) is a solder that is used for soldering copper and copper compounds in refrigeration, conditioning and heating systems, heat exchangers.

Silver solders are suitable for soldering most ferrous, non-ferrous metals and their alloys, provided that their melting point is higher than that of the solder. 

Percentage composition:

  • Ag (Silver)- 45%
  • Cu (Copper)- 27%
  • Zn (Zinc)- 25%
  • Sn (Tin)- 3%

Solders of this group fill seams well, form strong and corrosion-resistant soldering joints. The joints fused with silver solders have a high resistance to shock and vibration, as well as withstand large bending deformations. 

For copper, brass, bronze, r. for brass. Not suitable for environments containing sulfur and iron and nickel alloys.
